The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer a refund or exchange.

If there is no problem with the product, the return is completed and the refund will proceed.
